Olive Oil Chocolate Sauce
Are you an olive oil fan?
I used to really dislike the taste olive oil and rarely used it in my kitchen.
But something changed. I don’t know what, but all of a sudden, I wanted olive oil. No, I NEEDED it.
I started pouring olive oil on everything and it was heavenly!
With my new found enthusiasm for olive oil, I started contemplating my recipe options. Then it hit me…
Olive oil chocolate sauce!!
I tried it out and YUM! I even gave it a taste test with a super picky 10-year-old and was given the thumbs up! WHEW!
So, I thought you might like to try it too.
I use this as frosting, fruit topping, and eat it by the spoonful.
Cheers to good fat!
