Easy Chocolate Milk and Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cocoa
1/4 cup maca
1/4 cup chaga mushroom
1/4 cup turmeric
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all the ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
Add 2 Tablespoons to 1/3 cup water 2/3 cup coconut milk. You change up the ratio of water to coconut milk to suit your tastebuds. Blend until smooth with an hand blender and heat in a sauce pan if desired. Add maple syrup to desired sweetness, about 1-3 teaspoons.
