Biofeedback for Stress Management

Feeling anxious, stressed-out and overwhelmed?
Are you on the verge of freaking out?
Feel like there is nothing you can do but grit your teeth and complain?

I used to banish stress from my life. I fantasized about have NO MORE STRESS…but that never happened- go figure, right?

Stress is inevitable. There is no such thing as a stress-free life. Oddly, this helped me feel better about failing to remove all stress from my life.

We ALL have stress. Stress can take many forms from feeling irritated, frustrated, scared, uncomfortable or tired, to being caught in a natural disaster like a hurricane or fire.

Stress can be small seemingly insignificant things that add up- like the straw that broke the camel’s back. Stress is rarely ONE thing and usually a combination of many factors.

There are also many ways that frame the way you interact with stress. Ultimately, the intensity of stress you attach to each experience is directly related to how you CHOOSE to FRAME the stress.

Is getting cut of in traffic really that big a deal?
If no one is hurt, it probably is not as big a deal as it seem to be in the moment.

But, how many of these relatively insignificant events do you keep playing OVER AND OVER in your head?

This biofeedback technique can help you stop wasting your time and start focusing on what you want to increase in your life.

What would your life be like with…
MORE JOY
MORE CALM
MORE LOVE
MORE GRACE
MORE PATIENCE
