All-Purpose Green Cleaner

Most traditional cleaning products are highly toxic and the fumes permeate almost everything. I don’t want cleaning to make my home less healthy and if you are reading this blog it’s you likely agree.

So are there effective cleaning options? YES!!

This is my favorite all-purpose cleaner. I use this to clean everything from wood floors, bathrooms, kitchens, linoleum, you name it- this is a great cleaning option.

Want the recipe?

Here we go.

ALL-PURPOSE GREEN CLEANER

First, you’ll need a 32-ounce heavy duty spray bottle. Get a good one at the home improvement store. The cheap spray bottles break down too quickly and end up wasting your time and money.

Add the following to the spray bottle:
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup rubbing alcohol
1 cup water
3-5 drops liquid dish soap (Any biodegradable soap is great. I love Castile soap.)

The solution keeps indefinitely.

Spray on, wipe of excess, and let air dry.

Viola!

Let me know what you think and what you’ll clean with it.

Great question! Any biodegradable liquid soap works well. I love Castile soap. I updated the recipe with this information. Enjoy!
